are open for Summer 2024!

Welcome to Will Kempe's Players' 7th season on the boards, producing Shakespeare and more for audiences throughout Upstate New York's Capital Region!

We are so glad to have you.

We're proud to present Pericles, Prince of Tyre, directed by Shane Sczepankowski and assistant directed by Phillip Beattie, as part of our 2024 Summer Tour. Will Kempe's Players seeks actors and more with enthusiasm and passion for the production of Shakespeare’s works through the lens of 17th century authenticity. All 2024 Summer Season participants will receive a modest stipend at the end of the tour.

All roles are available. All roles will be performed as the gender that Shakespeare wrote, and an actor’s gender will have no impact on the roles they may be asked to play.
